All orders are subject to acceptance by AdnovaPrinters. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. An order is accepted once you receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email from our team.
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork in the correct format. AdnovaPrinters is not liable for errors in customer-supplied files including typos, low resolution, or incorrect colors. We will notify you if issues are found before printing.
A digital proof will be shared via WhatsApp for approval before printing for orders above PKR 5,000. It is the customer's responsibility to check the proof carefully. Once approved, AdnovaPrinters is not liable for errors.
Full payment is required before production begins for all template purchases. For printing orders, 50% advance may be required for large orders. We accept cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for most products. Rush orders may be available at an additional charge. Delivery timelines are estimates and AdnovaPrinters is not liable for courier delays beyond our control.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Template purchases are non-refundable after download. If a print error is due to our mistake, we will reprint at no charge.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use and print that content. You indemnify AdnovaPrinters against any intellectual property claims arising from your submitted files. Template designs sold by AdnovaPrinters are licensed for personal and commercial use by the purchaser only — reselling or redistributing templates is prohibited.
AdnovaPrinters' liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
